In this seminar, we present efficient solutions for the planning and management of IT projects (IT project portfolio management). The procedure is illustrated using case studies from our consulting practice.

Efficient IT is a decisive competitive advantage for companies. IT project portfolio management is dedicated to the planning and management of all IT projects. Given the frequent discrepancy between the number of IT projects to be carried out and the available resources, prioritization is essential to ensure that these can be implemented within current capacities.

In this seminar, we will present effective solutions for planning and managing IT projects, also known as IT project portfolio management. Case studies will be used to illustrate the approach.

Module 4: IT Portfolio

The use of IT in companies aims to increase the value of the company. The task of IT portfolio management is to coordinate these tasks within the organization.

IT portfolio management acts as a bridge between strategic and operational planning.
