IT Product Portfolio: evaluate, replace, develop further
In this seminar, participants are given criteria for a transparent evaluation and shown how efficiency can be increased in development (change) and maintenance (run).
The IT life cycle describes the phases from the creation to the decommissioning of IT products, systems and platforms. An evaluation from the perspective of the IT life cycle has several advantages. It creates a more complete and therefore more sustainable basis for decision-making.
In this seminar, efficient solutions for determining the life cycle costs of IT products are presented. These can be the result of in-house development or the introduction of standard software.
