IT project audit – status quo and solutions
In this seminar you will learn about a risk management system for projects and programs that gives you suitable warnings with regard to deviations from the project assignment.
For an IT manager, this is an everyday situation:
One of his project managers reports problems in the project and the question arises: How far has the crisis progressed? Does he have to react or is the project in a position to achieve the turnaround on its own? What needs to be done based on the expected value contribution? In this seminar you will learn about a risk management system for projects and programs that gives you suitable warnings with regard to deviations from the project assignment.
